Overview

The Falcon 900DX provides increased reliability in flight and lowers the take off speed placing more thrust near the centerline. In November 2005 Dassault Aviation announced that the EASA and FAA awarded Falcon 900DX type certification. Production ceased in 2011. The Falcon 900DX is a large sized business aircraft which typically seats 8 passengers. With one of the largest cabins in its class, it's obvious the Dassault engineers chose to build this able jet from the inside out. Telephones, fax, SATCOM, data link, copier computer, video screens, television, custom executive desk, and conference tables make every job easier. The Falcon 900DX is powered by three Honeywell TFE731-5BR-1C engines rated at 4,750 pounds of thrust each. The Trim configuration requires less fuel and weight to cover the same distance as most twin engine jets. Inspection interval on the engine is 7,200 hours.
